How did your first check go?
You do not need to finish a check to give useful feedback. The short form asks whether you completed a recheck, whether it helped, and whether you would use it again.

Your first check

- Open a public Shopify product page.
- Open CartTelltale Check and select Check this product page.
- Review the overall result. CartTelltale checks the price, product or variant ID, Add to cart, an enabled Buy now button, and the Shopify cart form automatically.
- A successful first check is saved locally. Return after your next theme, app, or content change and run the same one-click check again.

What results mean
- Success: the deterministic product-page purchase signals were found and appear ready.
- Needs attention: the page is available, but one signal is missing, changed, sold out, or cannot be confirmed safely.
- Fail: Add to cart or a previously available Buy now button is missing, hidden, or unusable.
- Could not check: the page is unsupported or Shopify could not be identified reliably.
Before reporting a problem
- Confirm you are on a public Shopify product page.
- Reload the storefront page and run the one-click check again.
- If a change is expected, verify manually that the new storefront state works.
- CartTelltale does not add an item, place an order, or validate payment and checkout.
Free and Premium Beta
The Free plan saves one product page. A Founding Early Bird license unlocks up to five saved pages and guided multi-page checks during Premium Beta. Checks remain user-triggered; scheduled cloud monitoring and alerts are not included.
If you replace extension files, use Chrome’s Reload button. Before uninstalling, select Remove license from this browser to free the Lemon Squeezy activation slot.
